  • Seite 19 ADVICE ON PROPER CHILD SEAT PLACEMENT IN YOUR The child seat may be installed in the following configurations: Forward-facing Rearward-facing On car seats equipped with ISOFIX (foundbetween the seating and backrest of a car seat) and TopTether (e.g. on the luggage Yesl) shelf, floor or on the rear side of the backrest) In case of presence of a frontal airbag - move the passenger car seat as far back as possible.
  • Seite 20 BEFORE INSTALLATION If your car is not equipped with guides for the ISOFIX anchors, use the two plastic guides provided with the car seat. They wil help you in installing the car seat easily and correctly. Insert the plastic guide into the gap between the seat and backrest of the car passenger seat and attach its end onto the ISOFIX anchor, as shown in the picture (A-I).

Set the seat forward-facing on the passenger seat and push the seat firmly against the backrest. Unwind the 3-point car seat belt and slide it trough the belt guides at the back of the seat shell (F-1) Make sure the lap part of the seat belts goes through the lower belt guides.

    5. Put the belt buckle into warm water with addition of few drops of dishwashing liquid for at least an hour. Rinse the buckle with clean water and leave it until it is completely dry. Remember to ONLY use the original upholstery for the Caretero VolanteFix seat, as it is an integral part of the seat and plays an important role in its proper functioning.

    VORBEREITUNG DIE INSTALLATION Wenn Ihr Fahrzeug nicht standardmäßig mit Führungen für das ISOFlX-System ausgestattet 1st,dann nutzen Sie die dem Kindersitz beigefügten Kunststoffführungen. Diese helfen Ihnen bei der einfachen, fehlerlosen Montage des Kindersitzes. Führung in den Spalt zwischen Sitz und Lehne schieben und das Endstück im ISOFlX-BügeI verhaken, wie auf Abbildung (A-I) dargestellt.

Höhe der Kopfstütze und der Gurte anpassen (siehe Punkte 6 und 7). Kindersitz in Fahrtrichtung auf dem Autositz aufstellen und kräftig an die Lehne drücken. 3-Punkt-Fahrzeuggurt ausrollen und durch die Führung in der Offnung in der Sitzschale führen (F-1).

    5. Weichen Sie das Gurtschloss mindestens eine Stunde lang in warmem Wasser mit Geschirrspülmittel ein. Dann spülen Sie es gründlich aus und trocknen Sie es. Bitte sorgen Sie dafür, dass Sie ausschließlich Original-Sitzbezüge von Caretero Volante Fix verwenden, da der Sitzbezug ein integraler Bestandteil des Auto-Kindersitzes ist und wichtige Funktionen zur Sicherstellung der einwandfreien Funktionsweise des Systems erfüllt.
