Footrest frame assembly
Note: Keep the lounger folded while
assembling the footrest frame.
1. Remove the cable binders and the
packaging material.
2. Loosen the screws (1d) from the main
linkage (1) and pull out the inner rods (1b).
3. Insert the narrow ends of the inner
rods into the end of the footrest
frame (2) until the holes are directly
above one another (fig. B).
4. Fix the inner rods and the footrest
frame using the screws (1d) (fig. C).
5. Insert the footrest frame into the
main frame with the bracket facing
downwards (fig. D).
6. Screw the cross bar (1c) to the foot-
rest frame (fig. E).
Note: Make sure that the bracket on
the footrest frame is facing downwards.
Wheel assembly
1. Insert the pin (15) into the hinge (1e).
The pin should be inserted far enough
into the hinge that the threaded hole
and the hole on the axle rod are ex-
actly above one another (fig. F - G).
2. Now fasten the short screw (12) in the
threaded hole (fig. G).
3. The wheel (4) is now pushed onto the
pin and fixed using the washer (13)
and the cap nut (14) (fig. H). Use the
included tools for this task.
Sunroof assembly
1. Push the longer screw (10) from the
inside to the outside through the
main linkage (1).
2. Place the sleeve with the wider tube
holder (8) on the main linkage (1). Push
one end of the rod (5) into the round
sleeve (9) and fasten everything with
the locking screw (6) (Fig. I).
3. Use the shorter screw (11) and the
sleeve with the narrower tube hold-
er (7) to fix the sun canopy (3) in the
same way.
Using as a Transport Aid
To use the article as a transport aid,
fold the sun shade down so that it lies
flat on the surface of the article, and
then raise the foot frame (fig. J). The
maximum carrying capacity is 20kg.
Adjusting the Angle
The angle of the backrest can be set
to one of 5 levels (fig. K). Fold the back
support completely flat down onto the
seat and then pull up horizontally. You
will hear audible ratchet sounds as you
pull it up, enabling you to select the an-
gle of incli-nation in individual steps. To
reset the angle fold the backrest up past
the vertical and then back down again.
Storage, cleaning
When not in use, always store the prod-
uct clean and dry at room temperature.
Only clean the product with a damp
cloth and wipe dry afterwards.
IMPORTANT! Never clean the product
with harsh cleaning agents. Mainte-
nance! Check the bolted connections
regularly.
Disposal
Dispose of the product and
packaging materials in accord-
ance with current local regula-
tions. Store the packaging
materials (foil bags, for example) out of
the reach of children. For further
information about disposal of the
product no longer needed, contact your
local council. Dispose of the product
and the packaging in an environmental-
ly friendly manner.
The Recycling Code distinguishes
different materials to be re-
turned for recycling. The Code
consists of the recycling symbol for the
recycling process and a number that
identifies the material.
