Uninstall the End Caps at the rear of the Base Members. Uninstall the upper Bolts and
Washers that hold the Left and Right Base Members to the Rear Base Member.
17 Uninstall the T-Nuts from the upper outside channel in the Left and Right Base Members where the
Ratchet Handles were installed.

Install the T-Nuts previously uninstalled in Step 17 into the top channel of the Base Members.
