For repairs that are not covered by warranty

cost estimate for you.
• We can only work on devices which are sent in
properly packed and with postage paid.
Note: Please send your device cleaned and
with an indication of the defect to the address
named for the service centre.
• The following are not accepted: devices sent in
without prepaid postage, sent as bulky goods,
sent as an Express shipment, or devices sent as
any other form of special freight.
• We will dispose of defective devices you ship to
us free of charge.
