MEAT MINCER FUNCTION
Before rst use
Ensure the electrical voltage on the appliance label matches your home's voltage.

Thoroughly wash all parts (except the appliance body) in warm soapy water.

Before plugging the appliance into the power supply, ensure the speed control
knob is set to "0".
ASSEMBLY
1.
Insert the worm sha into the head, ensuring the short part is at the front (Fig.
11). Gently rotate the sha un l it is properly
Next, place the cu ng blade onto the worm sha , with the blade facing forward

(Fig. 12). Meat will not be minced if the cu ng blade is not properly

Place the desired cu ng disc onto the cu ng blade, aligning the protruding part
with the holes (Fig. 13).

Hold or press the centre of the cu ng disc, then screw on the retaining ring (Fig.
14). Do not ghten the ring too much.
Remove the front cover (9, Fig. A) from the main body of the appliance.

Press the eject bu on on the front of the appliance (a, Fig. 15), hold the meat

mincer head and then insert it into the hole and turn counter-clockwise to secure.
7.
A ach and secure the feed chute to the head (Fig. 16).
MEAT MINCING
1.
Cut the meat into pieces(ensuring it is free of tendons, bones, and fat; recommended
size: 2 cm x 2 cm x 6 cm) so that it ts easily into the opening on the feed chute.

Plug the appliance into a power source and turn the speed control knob to the
desired se ng.
3.
Place the meat on the feed chute. Always use the pusher (1, Fig. C) when inser ng
meat into the mincer.
Once you achieve the desired result, turn the speed control back to the "0" se ng.

Pull the plug out of the socket.

Remove the disc and the cu ng blade.

Place both kebbe a achments onto the worm sha , aligning the protruding parts
with the holes (Fig. 17).
Screw on the retaining ring (Fig. 14). Do not ghten the ring too much.

SAUSAGE MAKING
1.
Place the sausage maker a achment onto the pre-a ached cu ng blade and
ne-hole cu ng disc (Fig. 18).
Screw on the retaining ring. Do not over ghten the ring.
