A) To feed the films, feed the sealed side first into the machine (as shown in Fig.C).
B) In the process of lamination, never switch off the power at will, or it may adversely
affect the lamination quality and the machine.
C) For the lamination, you need to feed the films with the object to be coated into the film
inlet from the middle.
•
Take out the laminated object and check the effect of lamination. If the laminated
object appears dark with poor transparency, it indicates that the surface glue on the
inner side of the film failed to melt completely. This requires re-lamination after
appropriately tuning up the temperature. If the laminated object is found coiled or
deformed, it indicates over-temperature. This requires appropriate tuning down the
temperature.

To prevent the object to be coated from deformation and damage due to over
