2.7 Battery tool use and care
● The product is battery-powered. Refer to the user
manuals for the battery and the charger for their safety
information.
● Use power tools only with specifically designated
battery packs. Use of any other battery packs can
create a risk of injury and fire.
● Do not use a battery pack or tool that is damaged or
modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit
unpredictable behaviour resulting in fire, explosion or
risk of injury
2.8 Service
● Have your power tools serviced by a qualified repair
person using only identical replacement parts. This
will ensure that safety of the power tool is maintained.
2.9 Vibration and noise reduction
● To reduce the impact of noise and vibration emission,
limit the time of operation, use low-vibration and
low-noise operating modes as well as wear personal
protective equipment.
● Take the following points into account to minimise the
vibration and noise exposure risks:
• Only use the product as intended by its design and
these instructions.
• Ensure that the product is in good condition and
well maintained.
• Use correct attachments for the product and
ensure they in good condition.
• Keep tight grip on the handles/gripping surface.
• Maintain this product in accordance with these
instructions and keep it well lubricated (where
appropriate).
● Plan your work schedule to spread any high vibration
tool use across a longer period of time.
2.10 Safety instructions for operation
● Do not use the product if you are tired, ill, or
intoxicated. This will decrease your vision, alertness,
coordination and judgement.
● Do not let children or persons who do not know the
product to use it.
● Do not use the product if it is damaged.
● Do not make changes to the product.
● Use the product only for its specified function.

Operation
3.1
To install a battery to the
product
Warning! Only the correct battery must be used
with the product.
Warning! Make sure that the power switch is in the
"0" position when you install a battery to the product.
Caution! Do not use force when you install a bat-
tery. If it is not easy to attach, it is not correctly aligned.

● Push the battery into the battery port of the product
until a click is heard.
3.2 To start and stop the product

Set the power switch to "I" to start the product.
"00" is shown on the display.

Set the power switch to "0" to stop the product.
3.3 To adjust the speed of the
product
● To increase the speed, push the increase speed
button.
● To decrease the speed, push the decrease speed
button.
Note! When the increase or the decrease button is
pushed, the display shows 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 48.
This is the speed steps of 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000,
4500, and 4800 rpm ±10%.
3.4 To use the product to polish a
surface
Caution! Do not push the product against the
surface during operation.
Caution! Stop the product before you remove it
from the surface during operation.
Note! Polish an area of 30 x 30 cm at a time.
Note! Cars must be waxed after polishing to prevent
damage to the paintwork.
