6. Operation
• Place the scale on a clean and level surface
• Ensure that the scale is stable.
Weighing:
• Thescaleswitcheson automaticaly when you
stepon it. Your bodyweight flasheson the
displayduring the weighing process.
• Wait until the displayedweight stopsflashing
Oncethe weight has stabilised,it is displayedfor
another ten seconds.
• Thescalethen switchesoff automaticaly
Errormessages:
• Theerror message "Err" is displayedwhen the
scale is overloaded
• Themessage "10" indicatesthat the battery
is neary dead.Replace the battery assoon as
possible

• To ensure accurate measurements, we
d recommen thatyouweighyourself at the
same timeeachday(e.g.in themorningright
afteryouwakeup)

• Whentheweightdisplayed bythescales
seemsto be Incorrect,checkthat the contact
between batteryandthe contacts isin proper
working order.If youhaven't u sedthescales
in a longtime,change the battery andtry

7. Setting the time
Toset the time, removethe battery brieflyand then
reinsertit Onceyou haveinsertedthe battery in the
scales,the time flashes"12:00" in the display.You
can now set the correcttime usingthe "kg/lb/st"
button on the back of the scales. Press the button
repeatedy to setthe hourto the correcttime Once
you havereachedthe correcthour,pressand hold
the button for approximately5 seconds to confirm
At this point the minuteswill beginflashing. Press
the button again to set the minutesto the correct
time andthen pressand hold for approximately
5 secondsto confirm.The time is continuously
displayedin standbymode
8. Integratedpicture frame
A pictureframe is integrated into the surfaceof
the scales.Theinsert can be removedand replaced
with your own photos,drawings,col ages,etc
Openthe plasticcoveron the back of the scalesby
pulling the two clips upwards.Youcan then remove
the plasticcoverand replacethe insert Insertsize:
up to 24 50 cm x 19 50 cm
