Part 4: Troubleshooting:

The device does not work, no light:
Check the mains connection and the main fuse.
No reaction to the DMX controller:
Check the DMX connections and cables for correct connection. Check the address settings and the DMX polarity.
Check whether the DMX cables are near or next to high-voltage cables. Try another DMX controller.
NOTE!
Possible disruptions in data transmission.
To ensure trouble-free operation, use special DMX
Cables and not normal microphone cables.

Part 5: Maintenance:

IMPORTANT NOTE:
maintenance work!
The screws used must be tightened firmly and must not show any traces of rust. The housing, the mounting
bracket and the installation location (e.g. ceiling or traverse) must not be adjusted, i.e. do not drill additional holes
in mounting brackets, do not change the connections, etc.
Regularly clean the externally accessible optical lenses to optimize the light output. The frequency of cleaning
depends on the operating environment: damp, smoky or particularly dirty environments can cause a greater
accumulation of dirt on the optics of the device.
Use a lint-free, damp cloth for cleaning. Under no circumstances use alcohol or any solvents for cleaning!
Maintenance and service work is reserved for authorized specialist personnel only!
