Using the SEECODE Diamond Wet & Dry
Premium knife sharpener
The knife sharpener is very easy to use. You
can use it for both dry and wet sharpening. All
kitchen knives, pocket knives, hunting knives,
serrated knives and ceramic knives can be
sharpened.
Important note on sharpening serrated knives
and ceramic knives
Serrated knives, e.g. bread knives, are only
sharpened and polished on the side with the
visible serration.
For ceramic knives, we recommend reducing
the contact pressure on the grinding discs
and pulling them through more gently to avoid
damage, as ceramic knives can break.
