Dry Premium knife sharpener, which allows
you to sharpen your knives easily and effecti-
vely without any prior knowledge.
This knife sharpener can be used both as
a dry and wet sharpener. To use it as a wet
grinder, simply pour water into the grinding
disc recess, the stainless steel grinding block.
Wet grinding creates an even higher surface
quality and achieves a finer and more precise
sharpness than dry grinding. This is because
the water helps to rinse out grinding particles
and reduce friction.
To ensure that you can enjoy your knife
sharpener for a long time and use it to its
full potential, please read these operating
instructions carefully before using it to avoid
damage caused by incorrect use. If you give
the knife sharpener to a third party, these
operating instructions should also be handed
