der the knife sharpener when wet sharpening.
Safety instructions
Please take particular care when sharpening
knives and always keep your hands at a safe
distance from the sharp blade.

This knife sharpener is only intended for the
above-mentioned use. Any other use or use
beyond this is considered improper use.
Please only operate the knife sharpener in
accordance with the instructions for use.
Cleaning and care
Clean the grinding block and grinding discs of
the knife sharpener Diamant Wet & Dry under
warm running water, using a soft cloth or
brush if necessary.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or harsh
chemicals. Do not use any metallic cleaning
objects.
Dry the entire knife sharpener, including the
olive wood handle, thoroughly afterwards.
Guarantee/warranty
The warranty period is 24 months from the
date of purchase. This includes a 6-month
guarantee from the date of purchase.
The geographical scope of the warranty cover
is Europe-wide. The proof of purchase serves
as proof. The product has been thoroughly
checked for quality and functionality before
dispatch. The guarantee is excluded in the
following cases
- if the Diamant Wet & Dry Premium knife
sharpener is modified without our authoriza-
tion
- in the event of use other than that specified
above
