B: When using during the winter or at low ambient temperatures (below 23℃), or when
using refrigerated pure milk to make yoghurt:
(1) Mix the ingredients and place the milk box according to the usual room temperature
method, cover the upper cover, connect the power and start the appliance.
(2) Warm water (40-50℃) can be added to the fermentation chamber. The water
temperature should not exceed 60℃. You can also extend the working time,
depending on the environmental temperature.
4. Preservation
Freshly fermented yoghurt can be consumed immediately, but it has not yet reached its
optimal taste. For those who are not accustomed to refrigerated food, it can be seasoned
for consumption. If you do not want the yoghurt immediately, place it directly in the
refrigerator. After 24 hours of refrigeration, the yoghurt has a purer aroma and taste.
Note: Do not refrigerate yoghurt for more than 10 days. It is best to consume it
within three days.
Seasoning
Before consuming yogurt, you can add fruit juice, fructose, honey, etc.
Kind reminder:
* If after fermentation, there is a large amount of gas and foul odour, it means the
yoghurt has been contaminated by bacteria before or during production – it must
be thrown away and not consumed. If there is a sour taste with a yellowish colour,
this means the fermentation was successful. Do not open the lid during the
fermentation process.
* Fermenting for long periods can produce a large amount of derivative liquid (light
yellow) with a sour taste - this is normal. Those who are not accustomed to it can
drink the derivative liquid separately. It can also be stirred for consumption. The
derivative liquid contains rich nutrients (lactic acid and vitamin B).
Greek yoghurt function (optional function, subject to the actual product)
1. Place the yoghurt filter in the cartridge.
2. Slowly pour the prepared yoghurt into the filter.
3. Place it in a fridge or dust-free environment for approximately one hour, so any excess
water is filtered out.
4. At this point, the yoghurt in the filter becomes thicker and more delicate, making it a
suitable pairing with other foods.
