4.2. Unit installation
In the CM20 central unit enclosure are present:
•
The unit power supply and pump control card. (4)
•
The CPU (motherboard) and the RFID badge reader.
•
The GPRS OnLine modem for Internet connection with
the SIM card (2)
•
The level probe interface card (1)
•
The bypass switch - the pump in bypass mode will be
in manual mode without electronics management - to
be used only in an emergency. (3)
•
Power and pulser connectors (5 & 6)
4.2.1. Installation sequence
Fix the CM20 control unit box and lay the connection
cables in accordance with the regulations in force.
Optionally bring the 2 wires from the nozzle holder
contact.
Connect the cables to the terminal block [6] as shown
in the diagram.

Connect the 220v power supply to the control unit on
the 0-230Vac IN ALIM terminal block [5]
Connect the pump control to the OUT MOT 220Vac
output terminal block (max. 8 A) [5] or to the relay
contact (NA) 8-9 of the terminal block [6] (max. 24v
500mA).
Put the switch [3] in the AUTO position to activate the
control unit, in the MAN position the pump operates
manually, without being controlled by the electronics.
