What's wrong?
The red LED on the reader remains on or off
Only the Intratone logo is displayed on the screen.
There is no text.
Non-backlit keys and/or LCD screen
Backlit buttons when the display is not (or vice
versa).
When a fob is swiped, the reader LED lights up
green, but the door does not open.
The screen remains fixed and there is no
movement when the keys are pressed.
The intercom says 'Call not possible' without a dial
tone.

TROUBLESHOOTING
On the reader, the red LED lights up as soon as power is
supplied. If it remains off, check the power supply.
- Check the wiring between the intercom and the control
unit: D+/D-.
- The display should show the welcome message.
- Incorrect wiring on + and or - terminals
