STEP 5:
For this step you'll need the above assembly and the other two Bike Arm
Assemblies (Part E) Slide a Bike Arm Assembly (Part E) onto each Upright
tube. Lightly tighten each arm just to hold it in place for now.
STEP 6:
For this step you'll need the two assemblies we've created, and the last
two Philips head screws.
For this step simply slide the upper uprights into the bottom uprights, line
up the holes, and insert the Philips head screws and tighten.
