1.2 Description of functions
HWT: The water is heated to a predetermined temperature be-
tween approx. 30° C and 95° C. Once the temperature has been
reached, the appliance automatically switches to the temperature
preservation stage. This is signalized by the green control lamp.
Water can be now be dispensed with the spigot. To maintain the
selected temperature in the heat preservation phase, the appliance
turns on and off at intervals.
HWA: Water is automatically heated to approx. 95° C. Once the
temperature has been reached the appliance automatically switches to
the temperature preservation stage and keeps the water at a constant
temperature of 95° C. This is signalized by the green control lamp.
Water can be now be dispensed with the spigot.

2.2 Use according to the regulations
The appliance is intended for the preparation
and storage of large quantities of hot water
in non-domestic applications, for example
in kitchens for employees in shops, offices
and other commercial areas, by customers
in hotels, motels and other similar residential
environments, in agricultural holdings and
similar applications. If the appliance is used
in commercial areas, the operator is obliged
to observe and comply with the general

work, safety and accident prevent regulations
that apply to the area of application of
the appliance, as well as the applicable
environmental regulations. The appliance
may only be operated in a technically perfect
and safe condition. Any use beyond the
intended use of the appliance is prohibited.
The operator is solely liable in the event of an
unintended use.
