DAMAGE
Eltra NV can under no circumstances be held liable for damages of
any kind, if the appliance has not been installed correctly according to
the prescribed installation instructions, nor for damages resulting from
unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, lightning strikes,....
Consequently, all resulting costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer
and are not covered by the warranty conditions.
WARRANTY
The guarantee period is 2 years, starting from the date of purchase.
During the guarantee period Eltra NV will remedy all defects due
to material or production faults. Eltra NV is not obliged to replace
appliances if they have become defective due to damage, improper use,
modifications or alterations made after the date of purchase. Return
the defective appliance, together with the original proof of purchase,
to the shop where the appliance was purchased. Always enclose a note
describing the problem.
