show "0F", which means the fan is off , the heater will turn off
automatically after 30 seconds, turn the on/off switch on the
side of the heater to the "0" position and unplug it.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
WARNING:
It is normal for the back of the heating element to feel hot, but if the
plug and socket are loose on each other, the plug may overheat. In
this case, try inserting the plug into another socket. Contact a qualifi ed
electrician to check the original socket for damage.
This heater is equipped with internal overheating protection. When
the internal components of the heater reach a certain temperature
that may cause overheating and possibly a fi re, the heater switches off
automatically. Overheating can be caused by blockage of the air inlets
at the back of the unit or of the grille on the heating element.
CAUTION!
Never cover the heating element, this may cause a fi re.
BASIC PROBLEM SOLVING
If the heating element does not work, check the following
before seeking repair advice:
1. Check that the plug is plugged into the socket, if not, plug it in.
2. Check that the electricity to the socket is working.
3. Check for internal overheating.
