CAUTION: The electronic components in the con-
trol element will warm up the control element
during operation. Therefore, the control element
must never be placed on top of the appliance or
be covered by blankets, pillows or the like. You
must neither place objects on the control element
or sit or lie down on it.
•
Note: The neck and back warmer will take up to 15 minutes to reach the set
temperature. After these 15 minutes, please check if the temperature is plea-
sant with the back of your hand.
•
Caution: Prolonged use on the highest heat level (5) may cause burns to sen-
sitive skin.
•
For your safety, the appliance will turn off after three hours of use and display
the standby-symbol
•
Press the ON/OFF-switch to turn the appliance on again. Please note that the ap-
pliance should be set to the OFF position for at least 5 seconds before being
turned on again.
•
If you want to use the appliance for more than three hours, you should use a
setting between 1 and 3.
•
For your safety, the appliance is equipped with overheating protection. The heat
is electronically controlled to avoid it exceeding the currently set heat level and
overheating the appliance.
