CLEANING THE DEVICE

Please Note!
■ Make sure that no liquid gets into the

motor unit.

■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive clean-
ing agents or cleaning pads. These may
damage the surfaces.
Suction Hose with Handle
Rinse the suction hose with handle regularly
to remove residues of the cleaning agent:
1. Attach the protective cap (1) to the
nozzle.
2. Switch on the device and press the spray
button (6) on the handle (5).
Nozzle
1. Remove hair and fluff from the nozzle
components.
2. Remove the protective cap (1), cover (3)
and brush insert (2) from the nozzle
( Picture F, G).
3. All parts can be rinsed with clean water.
4. Allow to air dry before reassembling.
Clean / Dirty Water Tank
1. Remove the tanks (13, 16) (see the
"Accessories" chapter) and empty them
completely.
2. Thoroughly rinse the tanks and the lid /
lid insert with clear water.
3. Allow to air dry before reinserting.
Motor unit
• If necessary, wipe down the housing with
a damp soft cloth. Then dry with a cloth.
• Regularly clean the filter (in the holder
for the dirty water tank) of coarse dirt
and, if necessary, wipe the seal with
a damp cloth.

STORAGE

• Attach the protective cap (1) to the
nozzle.
• Wrap the suction hose (18) around the
hose holder (19) and place the han-
dle (5) in the handle holder (17).
• Wrap the connecting cable around the
hooks of the cable holder (20).
• Store the device and accessories in a
cool, dry place, protected from direct
sunlight and out of the reach of children
and animals.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not work properly, check
whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved
with the steps below, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair an
electrical device yourself!
The device does not start.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
► Correct the fit.
The overheating protection has been
triggered.
► Pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket and allow the device to cool
down completely. Then try again.
The dirty water is not properly sucked
up. / The performance is too weak.
The dirty water tank is too full.
► Empty the dirty water tank.
The suction opening / nozzle is blocked.
► Switch off the device and remove the
blockage.
