Support arm

This can have the following causes:
One or both arms are mounted at an angle. In this case, loosen all 4
screws on the underside with which a support arm is mounted, bring the
arm into the central position and refasten the 4 screws at the bottom.
.
If the racket cannot be removed from the holder (clamping basket)
after stringing because the central screw is jammed, remove the
heart-head fixation and move the arms away from each other. The
racket can then be removed.
Please check whether the end of the heart head fixation protrudes slightly and push it slightly inwards if
necessary.
Before each stringing process, check whether the heart/head fixings are
actually touching the racquet.
