Remove the machine from the packaging and place it on a level, stable surface.
1.
Turn the turntable and straighten the lever. The lever may be secured for transportation. If
necessary, open the Allen screw - as mentioned under point 4 - to loosen it.
3.
Slide the weight onto the lever and reattach the end cap at the end. CAUTION: When
tightening the weight set screw, make sure that the screw is not above (but opposite
or to the side) of the weight scale, otherwise it will be damaged!
The two retaining clamps must now be inserted into the bases:
.
2.
Insert the weight fixing screw into the hole provided in the weight. Caution! If you string
squash or badminton rackets, you must split the weight. Only the upper part (see
illustration) may be pushed onto the lever arm.
4.
Now take an Allen key and tighten the Allen screw again to fix the lever's drop
protection. (The safety catch prevents the lever from falling onto the clamping
cage) The lever arm now has a certain radius in which it can be moved.
The heart-head fixings for stringing tennis rackets are fitted ex works. If you want to
replace these, open the Allen screw on the side of the support arm and pull out the
fixation. When inserting the other fixation, make sure that the end of the fixation
does not protrude from the back of the arm.
