12. Q&A
12.1 Network connection problem
When the machine network is connected, the IIP address is 0.0.0.0.
Cause 1: Your router's DHCP address pool may be full, and you need to restart the router to resolve the problem.
Cause 2: The channel Settings of your router may be incorrect. If restarting the router does not solve the problem,
it may be due to incorrect channel Settings.
You need to go to the background of the router to reset.
When the machine is connected to the network, the display signal is weak, and the computer side uploads files slowly.
Cause 1: It may be that your router is far away from the machine, bring the printer closer to the router and try again.
Cause 2: The signal may be weak because your WiFi antenna is not installed, please follow the installation steps to check
whether the antenna is correctly installed.
12.2 Extruder plugging
The chamber temperature of the printer is too high, and the materials such as PLA and PETG become soft and flattened by
the gear and get stuck in the gear of the extruder.
Reduce the hot bed temperature appropriately.
Use consumables with high thermal deformation temperature as far as possible.
If the machine has a sealing kit. Open the front door or upper cover of the printer for heat
dissipation during the printing process.
Extrusion gear is abnormal, resulting in the extrusion is not smooth.
Raise the nozzle temperature to 240 ℃, insert the PLA consumables and press the extrusion key to extrude the consumables,
and observe whether the nozzle extrudes the consumables
normally. If the extruded line can fall vertically, and the length is large and the appearance is smooth, it means that the internal
channel of the nozzle is smooth and the extrusion wheel is not
abnormal. If the extruded line length is small and the appearance is rough, it means that the internal channel of the nozzle has
been narrowed or the extrusion wheel is abnormal. Next,
it is necessary to remove the nozzle screw, set the nozzle temperature to 220 ° C, and then manually push a section of
PLA consumables into the nozzle, if the nozzle discharge is observed
smoothly, it means that the internal channel of the nozzle is not abnormal, it is necessary to disassemble the extruder to
check whether the gear has been worn or blocked by foreign matter,
and replace or clean.
Consumables are too soft
Some too soft consumables are too soft, such as TPU 85A, damp PVA, etc., may be flattened by the extruder gear and lead to
blockage, please avoid using such consumables for printing.
The diameter of the consumables is too large or too small
Sometimes the consumables will be partially coarser because of bending and extrusion, or partially thinner because of wear
by the extrusion wheel, resulting in normal extrusion, and it is
necessary to remove the consumables and remove the abnormal diameter of the part before printing. Extrusion gear is abnormal,
resulting in the extrusion is not smooth.
