REPLACING THE BATTERY

The thermometer is supplied with two 1.5 V AA alkaline batteries.

Replace the batteries immediately as follows.
1. Remove the battery cover. (Figure 1)
2. Remove the old batteries and replace with two 1.5V AA size alkaline
batteries. (Figure 2)
3. Reattach the battery cover. Make sure the battery cover is properly
closed and secured.
NOTE:
• Although the thermometer works when "
recommend that you change the batteries to obtain an accurate result.
• Remove the batteries if stored for a long period of time.
• The batteries must be kept out of the reach of children. If a child
swallows a battery see a doctor immediately.

CHANGING UNIT OF MEASUREMENT

This meter provides two measurement units used for indicating the
body temperature, °C or °F, for your preferred selection.
