INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing our product.
Before use, please read this user manual
carefully. Incorrect use may lead to, injuries
or accidents. Therefore, in order to use the
rollator safely and successfully, please read
this manual carefully.
NOTE: Inspect all parts for shipping damage.
If any such damage is found, DO NOT use the
product. More information you can get from
the seller.
GENERAL WARNINGS
Do NOT assemble and use the product until
you have read and understood this manual.
If you do not understand any warnings,
cautions, or instructions, contact your
healthcare professional, distributor, or service
technician before attempting to assemble the
product to avoid personal injury or damage to
the product. Each user should ask his doctor
or therapist to determine the appropriate
variant of regulation and method of use.
The rollator is not intended to be moved by
the user who is sitting on it.
A physician / therapist should be present
when adjusting the height of the rollator to
provide support for the user and to properly
tighten the screws.
When the rollator is unfolded, always make
sure that the tube under the seat is locked
and properly attached to the frame. Make
sure the height adjustment knobs are locked
so that the main support structure will not
move under pressure. Failure to follow the
above recommendations may lead to injuries.
Before use, make sure that ALL the adjustment
elements of the handles and the seat are
secure and that the wheels and moving parts
of the product are in good condition.
During use, ALL the wheels must be in contact
with the ground ALL THE TIME to ensure the
stability of the rollator.
Failure to do so may cause the rollator to tip
over and injure the user.
CAUTION: When using and operating the
rollator, and when folding it and adjusting
the mechanisms, there may be a risk of
blocking and / or pinching of body parts of
the user / accompanying person in openings
/ gaps between the components. These steps
must be performed with extreme caution.
After completing the adjustment, stabilize
the position by tightening the nuts / bolts
carefully.
CAUTION:
When a product-related „serious incident"
occurs, which directly or indirectly led, could or
may have led to any of the following events:
a) death of a patient, user or other person or
b) temporary or permanent deterioration in the
health of a patient, user or other person, or
c) a serious threat to public health
this „serious incident" must be reported to
the manufacturer and to the competent
authority of the Member State in which the
user or patient is resident. In the case of
Poland, the competent authority is the Office
for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical
Devices and Biocidal Products.
CAUTION:
In the event of pain, allergic reactions or other
disturbing, unclear for the user symptoms
related to the use of a medical device, please
consult a healthcare professional.
ATTENTION: The manufacturer is
responsible for damage caused by neglect
of maintenance, inadequate servicing or
resulting from failure to comply with the
recommendations contained in this manual.

other than in accordance with its intended
purpose
NOTE: If the product is used improperly, there
may be a risk of tipping over. Please follow the
using / moving instructions.
WARNINGS REGARDING FOLDING AND
ASSEMBLY
After assembling the rollator, make sure that
the seat is locked and both front wheels are
secured with the nuts. Also make sure that
both handles are at the same height and do
not move. BEFORE use, always check that the
rollator and its components are securely locked
in place.
INTENDED USE: The product is intended to
support the movement of people with reduced
walking ability. The rollator is designed for one
person.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
physical or mental limitations (e.g. visual
impairment) that prevent the safe handling of
the product.
PRODUCT FEATURES:

SCOPE OF DELIVERY:
INSTRUCTIONS
UNFOLDING
Remove front wheel hole covers, install wheels
and tighten with nuts. Then mount the rear
wheels, make sure the copper pins are in the
correct holes. Then position the rollator and
lock the tube under the seat. put the bag in it
and then press the seat, Place the handles at
the appropriate height (6 degrees of height
adjustment - to adjust the height properly,
it is recommended to consult a healthcare
professional, tighten the knobs. Then mount
the backrest so that the copper pins are on the
not outside. end to mount the footrests.
FOLDING
All disassembly operations should be performed
in the reverse order to that described in the
section „DISASSEMBLY".
APPLICATION OF HAND BRAKES
Pull the brake towards the handgrips.
Do one of the following:
1. STILL - hold the brake handle up (Fig. 2)
2. MOVING - release the brake handle (Fig.1)
3. TO LOCK - Depress the brake down.
ATTENTION: it is forbidden to use the product
other than in accordance with its intended
purpose
STORAGE:
The product should be stored in a dry place, not
exposed to direct sunlight.
MAINTENANCE
1. Please ensure that all attachments are always
secured.
2. Check all mounting bolts, tighten if necessary.
3. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
4. The product should be periodically cleaned
with water and cleaning agents. The seat should
be cleaned using a mild detergent.

5. When not in use, the product should
be stored in a dry room. Avoid prolonged
exposure to direct sunlight.
WHEEL MAINTENANCE
ROLLATOR, BAG, 1. Wheels should be cleaned with warm water
and a mild detergent. Dry with a dry cloth.
2. Lubricate periodically with 3-in-1 grease if
the wheels begin to squeak.
