Safety advice
· Should this appliance be passed on to other people, make sure that these operating instructions are handed to them along with it.
· No liability can be accepted for any damage or losses that may arise in the event of improper use or incorrect handling. This appliance is intended for
domestic use only. Do not use the appliance outside.
· Check whether the type of current and the mains voltage comply with the information on the rating label.
· Do not touch the appliance or the mains plug with wet or damp hands.
· Connect the device to a properly installed power socket only. Do not use any multiple socket that is already being used to run other appliances. The plug and
cord must be dry.
· Use the appliance under supervision and for the intended purpose to cook eggs only.
· Do not overfill the egg cooker and dry spilled water immediately.
· Never use the egg cooker empty or without lid and egg holder.
· This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children, unless they are older than 8 years and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of
children less than 8 years.
· Children shall not play with the device.
· Never operate this device with an external timer or a separate remote control system.
· Only place the appliance on non-flammable, flat and stable surfaces and not near hot plates, gas flames or other sources of heat and out of the reach of
children. Ensure that there is sufficient free space next to and above the device, so that no moisture-sensitive objects (wall cupboard, wooden shelves, etc.) are
damaged by the escaping water vapor.
· Avoid smashing or kinking the power cord or having contact to hot surfaces or liquids and abrasion on sharp edges.
· Do not allow the power cord to dangle and place the device in a way that no one can fall over the cord.
