2 Safety information
2.1 Intended use
The SG10 wire-actuated encoder is a high-precision measurement system.
The wire-actuated encoder serves exclusively for the acquisition of linear
distance values. The measured values are transferred to an upstream sig-
nal as an electronic output signal.
