Before you begin
Make sure your mobile device is running iOS 9 & higher or Android 5 & higher. Verify
your Wi-Fi network/name and ensure your mobile device is connected to the same 2.4
GHz Wi-Fi network/name/Router (5 GHZ Networks are NOT supported!).
Note: 5GHz networks are not supported.
Note: Make sure that the Luminous Tree light is set up, placed and covered inside
the same Wi-Fi network as the router and mobile device during the 1st setup!

Note: Smart devices can only connect to a 2.4GHz network. Some routers have the
option to broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Some routers do this under the same
network name, other routers broadcast 2 separate networks. Check with your
provider if you need help with this.

Login or register
1. Launch the FlinQ app
2. Tap "agree" to confirm the privacy policy
3. Register with your email address
4. Enter the verification code that was send to your email address
5. Choose a new password
6. Login to the FlinQ app
Reset first
Make sure the Luminous tree light is turned OFF by unplugging it from the power
outlet source (wait 10 sec) or mains power plug and TURN ON again before start below
procedure.
