Notes and Warnings
• Never connect several Wi-Fi Tree lights in series!
• Make sure the Wi-Fi networks are 2.4Ghz only during setup.
• The Wi-Fi authorization method should be set as WPA2-PSK and Encryption type as
AES or set both at AUTO.
• Wireless router cannot be set as 802.11N.
• If any problems, please reset the Wi-Fi Tree light and set them up again from scratch!
• For Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa; if these cannot be found, try to disable the
FLINQ function or the home skill app (for Alexa).
• If you need to fully RESET the Smart tree light follow the RESET instructions in the
FLINQ app or the FAQ.
• Do not open the Smart Tree light yourself.
• This Smart Tree light is not a TOY, Keep away from children!
• Do not exceed the total power capacity from the smart Tree lights with the used
appliances/devices!
• Do not use this Smart tree light with extension cables.
• Do not use with appliances that could cause any fire in unattended use (like irons
etc.) delete.
• This Smart Tree light does not have any safety disconnection by Wi-Fi.
• Any other use as the intended way for this Smart Tree light is not validated for any
warranty or liability.
• This Smart Tree is only used for private and small business use.
Security and important safety instructions
When using electrical products, certain precautions must be followed, including the
following:
• This IP44/IP54 product is suitable for outdoor and indoor use.
• This item is designed for temporary seasonal use
• Uses non-replaceable LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes), which last longer than traditional
incandescent (or filament) bulbs
• Do not operate this product in its packaging
• Always switch off the light at the mains overnight or if left unattended for long
periods
• Do not over load power socket or extension cables
• Do not install near a gas, electric radiator, fireplace, candles, or other sources with a
similar heat.
• Do not staple, nail, or hook the power cable.
• DO NOT pierce, bend or stand on the cable when securing this light set into position
as this will damage the wiring
• Never touch the plug contacts with sharp or metal objects.
• Do not hang the Light only by the electric cables.
• An electric product is not a toy! To avoid the risk of fire, burns, injuries or electric
shock, the String Light should not be left within the reach of children.
• Do not use the product outside its intended use.
• Do not hang ornaments or other objects on the light cables.
• Do not close windows and doors on the power cord so as not to damage the
insulation.
• Do not cover the product with a material (paper, cloth, etc.) that is not part of the
product when in use.
• Read and follow all instructions that are indicated on the product or supplied with it.
• Keep this manual for future reference.
Instruction for use and maintenance
Before each (re)use, the product should be inspected with care. Discard all products
whose power cable has cut, damaged or frayed; whose bulbs were cracked; whose
connection boxes have been loosened; whose the copper wires are exposed.
When disassembling, carefully remove the product from its location to avoid any
pressure on the Light that could damage the component elements. In case of non-use,
store the product in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
Caution:
• To prevent the risk of fire or electric shock:
1. Do not attempt to open lamps or other items in the Tree Light.
2. Do not install the Tree Light on a needle shaft or metal coatings or made of
similar materials.
• Use only the listed Power Adapter supplied with this product.
• Do not allow the power cables to drag to avoid accidents.
• If you are in any doubt about installing this product, consult a qualified electrician.
