4. Before you connect the device with the electrical outlet, please let some time laps until
the device is acclimatized.
5. Connect the water outlet with a caisson or catch tank. Please recognize that hot water is
flowing out.
6. Fix the brakes of the casters.

5.2 Commissioning the device

1. Before start, proceed as described in 5.3 before
2. Fill distilled water in and make sure the water is not topping the bottom strainer.
3. Make sure that you followed all safety instructions.
4. Connect the device with the power grid.
5. Load the vessel.
6. Pull the lid over the vessel and make sure it is exactly placed over the vessels opening.
Otherwise may hot steam emit.
7. Close the lid with the hand lever.
8. Switch the device on and start the process (look at job description).

5.3 Emergency Lid unlock method

The autoclave has electronic safety lock system.
If power failure or something wrong in power supplier of units or commissioning the device,
customer couldn't open the lid by push the "OPEN" button.
Please proceed as follows:

1. Perform an appropriate
object (eg screwdriver) into
the provided Opening, until
you encounter resistance.
2. Pull lever in the opening
direction.
3. Remove the object from
the aperture.
4. Place the lever completely.
