Common
problems
The massager
does not work.
The massage
intensity is too
high or too low.
The speed can
not be adjusted.
Rotation
doesn't work.
Causes
1. Disconnected power or
loose plug causing poor
contact.
2. No power or power cord is
damaged.
3. The power button is off or
the timer has been reset.
4. The motor auto shuts-off
due to the device being on too
long activating overheating
protection.
5. Didn't use o iginal adapter.
The inco rect intensity level
for your preference was
selected.
The speed can be adjusted
only when the Program mode
is on. If you press any speed
button when the Auto mode is
on, the machine will switch to
Program P1 and Speed 5 by
default.
P1 mode or A1 mode is
activated. Both don't include
the rotation function.
1. Remove plug from outlet
and re-inse t into power
source.
2. T y another outlet. Check
the power cord, replace if
damaged.
3. Tu n on the power button.
4. Use the massager after the
motor cools off naturally.
5. Use o iginal adapter
provided in the package only.
The massager has 20 speed
levels, choose the speed
you prefer. We recommend
low speed to begin with.
Activate the program
function and adjust the
speed.
Choose other modes other
than P1 or A1 mode.
