• 450 W / 2 A - Fuse protection: For extremely small fuses and low heating requirement. Also serves as
economy circuit. The fan runs very quietly at reduced speed.
• 750 W / 4 A - Fuse protection: This position can also be selected with small fuses and also serves as
an economy circuit. The fan runs very quietly at reduced speed.
• MAX 1500/1800 W / 6-10 A - Fuse protection: Move the switch to this position to select maximum
heating power depending on heating requirement, or to heat quickly. The fan runs at high speed.
3) Thermostat rotary knob
You can vary the room temperature infi nitely according to the temperature scale via the thermostat.
• Select the ice crystal symbol to set a frost protection temperature of 5 °C. The appliance can be
operated continuously during the period of frost.
• You can select the ventilation symbol to activate a fresh air fan which delivers pleasant refreshing
air.
• Select a comfortable temperature for you according to the temperature scale. This will be regulated
automatically.
• As soon as temperature is reached, the heater switches off . When LEISE (silent) function is switched
off , the fan goes on rotating on lowest level. With that condensate formation will be prevented, a
problem which used to occur in caravans and on boats.
When condensate formation is prevented, you do not suff er from occurring fungicide spores and
malodour.
4) PLUS rocker switch
Operate this 3-position PLUS rocker switch to increase the heating power in two stages.
With this higher heating power the fan speed increases slightly.
• Move the selector switch to the 1-dot position to select an average PLUS heating power.
• Move the selector switch to the 2-dot position to select a powerful PLUS heating power.
When the PLUS rocker switch is switched on, the control light with the dot lights up.
Note: The PLUS function can only be chosen in 450 W and 750 W level. In MAX level it cannot be chosen.
5) LEISE (silent) rocker switch (with ear symbol)
Press this changeover switch to select the popular LEISE (silent) function. The heater runs almost silently.
This enhances quality of sleep and is therefore particularly appreciated.
The fan motor switches off 15 min after the selected room temperature has been reached.
When the LEISE (silent) button is switched on, the control light with the ear symbol lights up.
Important notice:
The LEISE (silent) function should be switched off if the caravan and boat are unoccupied. This prevents
widespread condensate formation that leads to stale air, fungal spores and odours. The fan motor is
suitable for continuous operation. The power consumption is only 10-15 W. This function is especially
recommended when using the frost protection.
