7. Before starting the equipment

You must fully assemble the appliance before
using it for the first time!
• Open the packaging and remove the device carefully.
• Remove the packaging material as well as the
packaging and transport bracing (if available).
• Check that the delivery is complete.

year of construction of the device in your orders.
• Before you connect the equipment to the power
supply make sure the data on the rating plate are
identical to the mains data.

tic bags, film and small parts! There is a risk of

8. Montage
m WARNING!
Always pull the power plug before making adjust-
ments to the equipment.
1. Mounting the support feet (Fig. C)
• Turn the chopper so that you can turn the support
feet 180°.
• Insert the axle shaft (13) into the intended position
on the support feet. (Fig. D)
2. Mounting the wheels (Fig. E/F)
• Mount both wheels as shown in Fig. F. Use the sup-
plied tool to tighten the wheel. NOTE: If the axle
rotates when tightened, use the Allen wrench (a) to
hold it in place.
• After tightening the lock nut (14), mount the wheel
cap (17) onto the wheel (7). The position is indicat-
ed by the grooves (18).
3. Installing den collection box (Fig. G)
• Push the collection box fully into the frame.
• When the lock (9) is engaged, the collection con-
tainer is secured.
9. Operation
m Warning! The shredder can only be started if
the collection box (8) has been pushed into the
frame.
