Get to know your new Food-Dehydrator
· This dehydrator contains 6 dehydrator racks, 3 dehydrator pads and 1 dehydrator
tray.
· The drying racks enable efficient air circulation.
· The appliance has overheating protection and a thermostat. With a controlled heat
temperature, air flows from the return flow into each tray and dries the moisture
evenly.
· The drying time may vary depending on the humidity of the food itself and the air
humidity. Use the appliance in a dust-free, well-ventilated, warm and dry room.
· Fruit and vegetables dried in your dehydrator will look different to what is sold in
health food shops and supermarkets. This is because your dehydrator does not use
any preservatives or artificial colorants or similar.
· Recording the humidity and weight of the products before and after the drying
times will help you to improve your drying techniques in the future.
Dehydrator properties
· This appliance has an automatic fan that circulates warm air to produce beautifully,
evenly dried food! Dried food is great for snacking as it retains almost all of its
nutritional value and flavor.
· Perfect for long-term storage of fruit, snacks, vegetables, bread, flowers and much
more.
· The size of each dehydrating tray is 330 x 305 mm, each tray can hold a maximum of
300 grams of food.
· If you want to dry thicker food, you can remove a tray to increase the height
between two trays.
· The trays are easy to clean.
