Digital Hot Air Frying Machine XL

BEFORE INITIAL USE

Please Note!
The device should be used for the first
time without any food in it as it may
produce some smoke or odours due
to coating residues.
1. Allow the device to heat up on the
highest temperature setting for approx.
10 minutes without any food in it. To
do this, follow the instructions in the
"Set-Up and Connection" and "Use"
chapters.
2. Clean all accessories with detergent and
warm water or in the dishwasher.
3. Open the door (3) a gap wide and detach
it from the device.
4. Slide the drip tray (9) into the device at
the bottom of the cooking chamber (4).
5. Slide the door back into the mounts on
the device and close it.

ACCESSORIES

Drip Tray
The drip tray (9) should always be inserted so
that any dripping fat, crumbs or other food
residues can be collected in it. It is slid into
the very bottom of the cooking chamber (4)
(see the "Before Initial Use" chapter).
Baking Mesh Trays
The food is spread out on the baking mesh
trays (8). They can be used for cooking
pizza or baking cakes or for dehydrating,
for example.
The baking mesh trays are slid onto the rails
in the cooking chamber (4).
Grill Skewer
The grill skewer (Picture D) consists of the
shaft (12) and two grill skewer forks (6). It
is suitable for grilling large pieces of meat,
e.g. chicken, grilled or roast pork.

Skewering On Food
1. Slide one grill skewer fork onto the
shaft and fix it in place with the locking
screw: The shaft contains two hollows
(Picture C: a) which mark the optimum
position of the locking screws.
2. Slide the food to be grilled onto the grill
skewer until it rests on the fork.
Do not place any pieces that are too
large onto the grill skewer so that it
can rotate without any hindrance.
3. Slide the other grill skewer fork onto the
shaft and into the food to be grilled and
fix it in place with the locking screw.
Skewers with Holder
The skewers (7) are suitable for grilling
smaller pieces of food.
The skewers are attached to the holder,
consisting of the shaft (12) and the two
discs (5) (Picture E).
Preparing the holder and skewers
Plug one disc onto each of the ends of
the shaft. Screw the locking screws for
the discs into the hollows (Picture C: a)
in the shaft.
Slide the items you want to grill onto the
skewers. Leave approx. 1 cm clear at
the end and do not skewer on exces-
sively large pieces so that the holder
can rotate without being impeded.
Hooking in skewers (Picture F)
1. Hold the holder vertically and place the
straight end of a skewer into a hole in
the bottom disc.
2. Press together the curved end of the
skewer and hook it into a recess in the
top disc.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the rest
of the skewers.
Detaching skewers
Press together the curved end of each skewer,
then lift the skewer out of the holder.
