LOCK MODE
VCF/VCA
PressVCF/VCA ENV and WAVE ENVI-4 simultaneously to set the MICROWAVE
PROGRAMMER to Lockmode.
In this mode,the control panelis guardedagainstinadvertentadjustments. T he keysare
disabled, a ndif youturnthepots,theynolongeraffectthegivenparameters. However,data
patchedto the MIDI IN jack are still routed through.
When you switch the Progammeron, it will alwaysbe in Lockmode.
You candeactivateLockmode by pressingoneof the modekeysVCF/VCA ENV, WAVE
ENVI-4 or WAVE ENV5-8.
You shouldalwayslock the panelafteryou havefinishedediting to ensureyou don't
accidentally change settings. A dditionally,Lockmodeimprovestiming whenlargeamounts
of data are sent via the THRU
INSTRUMENT SELECT
The MICROWAVE PROGRAMMER is capableof editing different sounds(instruments)or
several s oundssimultaneously i n anydesiredcombination whentheMICROWAVE is setto
MULTIMODE.
ActivateInstrument SelectMode by pressing thetwo WAVE ENV keyssimultaneously.
The WAVE ENV5-8 LED will flash to indicate the Programmeris ready for an entry.
Use the the remaining 8 keysto selectthe 8 available instumentsasdepictedbelow:
