5. Release the button to stop the blender. Unplug the power cord from the outlet after you have finished
blending.
Note: Maximum continuous operation of the appliance is 30 seconds when processing soft foods and liquids.
Before further use of the appliance let it rest for at least 3 minutes. Otherwise the appliance will overheat
and become damaged.
Chopper
The chopper is perfectly suited for chopping hard foods such as meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots,
walnuts, almonds, prunes, etc. Do not chop extremely hard foods such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans or
grains.
Before using the chopper
Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade (if available on this model). Attention: The blade is very

sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
2. Place the blade on the centre pin of the blender container. Always place the container on a non-slip surface.
3. Put the food in the container.
4. Put the lid on the container.
5. Fit the motor unit onto the container lid until it clicks into place.
6. Press the switch to start the chopper. During processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and the
container with the other hand.
7. After use, unplug the plug and then press the button to release the attachment to remove the motor unit.
8. Then remove the lid of the blender container.
9. Carefully remove the chopper blade.
10. Remove the processed food from the blender container.
