NOTICE The device may be damaged by using non-specified paper, e.g.

thermal paper! Check whether the paper is suitable for the device (for
suitability, see Chapter "13.6.2 Paper", page 30").
Open the cover.

5.8 Establishing Communication with the Connected
Laboratory Device
5.8.1 Connection via USB
Communication via USB does not require any settings and works immediately
after establishing the connection via USB cable.
Insert the roll core (1) into the paper roll (2).

Place the paper roll into the paper
t
compartment.
The end of the paper roll must point
t
downwards.
Insert the end of the paper roll into the slot
t
of the printing unit.
To feed the paper through the printing unit:
t
Press the feed button (1) several times or
press and hold until the end of the paper
comes out of the printing unit.
Close the cover.
