Malfunctions and possible causes
Malfunction
Drawer or pull-out will not open
Drawer or pull-out will not open, insufficient

What to do
Remove object
Position cabinet runner correctly
Straighten drawer back panel
Adjust gap alignment
Position cabinet runner correctly
Fit front panel spacer
Remove object
Properly connect plugs at plug-in distributor
Make sure plug connector is properly connected to distributor
Correctly position system in furniture carcase
Re-align easys on the power rail
Set unit assignment properly (see point 4)
Easys needs to rest for about 1.5 seconds after closing the drawer
Set front panel spacing
Make sure mains plug is plugged in properly
Make sure unit plug is properly plugged into power supply unit
Switch power socket on at the power socket switch
Disconnect all units from power supply unit and start to connect
each unit individually, checking for proper working order
Switch on mains power
Check plug connection
Set rotary knob to correct position on drive unit (see point 5)
Let unit cool down
Re-align easys on the power rail
Adjust regulator on drive unit (anti-clockwise)
Align cabinet horizontally
Adjust gap alignment
Set unit assignment properly (see point 4)
Adjust regulator on drive unit (clockwise)
Change drawer
Remove object
Change drive unit
Adjust gap alignment
Correctly position drive unit
