The picture on the le shows the control box:
Check that the outlet you are using has power in it, and that it
is turned on.
At the top and to the right on the hand control is a light indi-
ca ng charging status. This light will blink if the ba ery is
charging.
At first when you plug the wire for charging in to an outlet this
light will not blink, it will just light up.
A er some me the light will start to blink, and this indicates
that the chair is charging. The reason some me might pass
before it starts charging is that the system is prepping the
ba ery to receive power. This might take extra me if the
ba ery is cold, or the chair is very low on power.
Try to reset the system as described above in the first passage.
3. The charging light
on the hand control
is not ligh ng up or
blinking even if the
chair is plugged in to
an outlet.
Check that the charging wire con-
nected to the control box is cor-
rectly plugged in. Check that the
red locking ring is mounted inside
the plug on the control box. This
issue is normally because the
charging wire or the locking ring is
incorrectly mounted. It can also
be a faulty ba ery.
If the red locking ring is mounted
correctly it can be seen through
the plug like on the picture to the
