Service/Maintenance
Turn off the main power switch and disconnect the machine from the power supply before cleaning or
performing maintenance on the machine.
When the suction power starts to drop due to excessive dust load, this is indicated by the red warning
light – replace the pre-filter.
When using a long hose or when the outlet is covered, the warning light (filter lamp) may be lit. Before
changing the filter, make sure that the outlet is free when the warning light is lit.
If the suction power is still weak after pre-filter replacement, replace the HEPA filter. In case of heavy
dust load, the service life is shorter.
CAUTION
The light function is only active at maximum speed.
Use only original accessories and consumables that are included in Dustcontrol's range.
Filter replacement may only be performed by trained personnel. Use a protective mask and suitable
equipment.
Place used filters in a plastic bag and seal the bag.
Regularly check the power cord for damage.
When the light is on, it's time for service.
