Enddeckel
Die montierte Baugruppe in einem Montagewerkzeug mit der Welle
nach unten spannen. Die Welle und das Lagergehäuse gegen
Verdrehen fixieren.
Lubricate the distributor central hole. Place it carefully in the hole
turning it in order to fix the shaft pin in the distributor spline. Test the
blocking possibility of the angle of rotation of distributor.
Die Zentralöffnung des Verteilers schmieren. Den Verteiler in der
Öffnung aufmerksam einsetzen und ihn langsam verdrehen, um den
Stift in der entsprechenden
Blockierungs- möglichkeit des Verteilers beim Winkeldrehen prüfen.
Slip the cardan shaft in the distributor spline till the cardan shaft
engages with the shaft slots.
Die Kardanwelle in die Zentralöffnung des Verteilers einschieben,
bis sie mit den Keilwellennuten eingreift.
Place the lubricated with Vaseline O-ring in the groove.
Den mit Vaseline geschmierten O-Ring in der Ringrille einsetzen.
Place the channel plate into distributor and fix the holes of both parts.
Die Platte im Verteiler einsetzen und die Öffnungen der Teile
anpassen.
Lubricate the O-rings with Vaseline and place them in the grooves of
both stator sides. Slip the rotor so that a line through two opposite
diametric tooth profile goes at an angle of about 15 o to the shaft key
axis. Turn the stator to bring the holes in accordance.
Die geschmierten O-Ringen in den Ringrillen beiderseits des Stators
einsetzen. Den Rotor so gleiten, daß die Linie durch den diametral
liegenden Zahnprofile einen Winkel von ca 15 o mit der Paßfederaxe
schließt. Den Stator drehen, bis die zutreffenden Bolzenöffnungen
übereinstimmen.
Place the end cover over the gear wheel set and turn it to fix the
screw holes.
Den Enddeckel auf den Zahradsatz stellen und ihn so drehen, daß die
Befestigungsöffnungen übereinstimmen.
