Place the housing into a fixture with hole up and lubricate the shaft
seal ring groove. Lubricate the outside surface of shaft seal slightly
with Vaseline and place it in the groove.
Place the guiding bushing onto the outer race of the bearing.
A. Press with a force lower than 100daN.
B. Knock using a big plastic hammer.
C. Fix the unit in a vice with soft jaws. Inspect visually the correct
position of the metal cap of the shaft seal.
Das Lagergehäuse in einem Haltewerkzeug mit der Bohrung nach
oben stellen und die Laufrillen des Wellendichtrings schmieren. Die
Außenfläche des Wellendichtrings leicht mit Vaseline schmieren und
ihn in die Laufrille

A. Mit einer Presse leicht drücken (bis 100daN).
B. Mit einem großen Kunststoffhammer schlagen.
C. Die Baugruppe in einem Schraubstock mit Weichbacken
spannen. Die
Wellendichtrings visuell prüfen.
Fix the shaft in downwards direction in a fixture with a collar. Put
one of the tapered roller bearing on the shaft and afterwards place a
selected spacer bearing with size L
tapered bearing and a special measure device with a dial gauge.
Tighten the nut three times and set dial gauge to "zero". Remove the
device, the second bearing and the spacer bushing. Place a standard
bushing between the internal bearing races, fix again the dial gauge
and tighten the nut. Read the size "b" on the dial gauge. The real size
L of the support bushing, at a selected spacer bearing with real size

L , must be calculated according to the following formula:

Assemble selected spacer bushings in the shaft and the second
bearing and fasten lock nut M40x1,5 and min.15 daNm. Fix by a
chisel and knocking with a hammer (G=1,5 kg) in the milled sector of
the shaft.
CAUTION: We recommend you to buy the bearing set (items
11÷16 as a whole unit in order to achieve a good
motor operation.
