2. Selecting the satellite
a. Selectthe satellite which userwants to view using arrow buttons on the controller and press0K.
b. NetworkIdentification (NiD) checkLED will flashandtheantennastatuswill display "SEARCHING"
then "CHECKING" on LCD screen.
c. NIDcheckLEDwill besolidoncethe satelliteisfound andthen "SAT FOUND" w iltappearon LCD.
d. Ifwrongsatelliteis selected, m oveto the correctsatellitenameusingarrowsandpress 0Kto confirm
new satellite.
3. Back to HOME position & Turning off
a. Afteruseandbeforetravelling, p ressHOME to returnthe unit backto HOME position.
b. Tofully turn off the unit,press andhold POWER f or 5 seconds when the unit isat HOME position.
c. If user s tays ina location foranextended period or wishto save power, u ser c anleave theunitupby
simply turning off the unit. Signalwill still come through to satelliteTV receiver,
4. Special function 1 : FINE TUNE mode
FINE TUNE modecan be initializedwhen a selected satelliteisfound anduserwantsto increase the signal
strength further.
a. Press TUNE to start FINE TUNE mode.
b. First T UNEisfor AZ (Azimuth). A djustantennapositionusing arrowbuttonsto find a new position
providingbettersignalqualityandpress 0K to set.Thesignallevelwill bedisplayed onthe controller
(Q ) or satellite receiver.
c. Repeatthe sameprocessof adjust the EL(Elevation)and SK(LNBskew).
d. To savenew positionof the satelliteandexit,press TUNE button.Savednew positionwili beplaced
in the memory for the next turn on. But once vehicle movesor confirms new GPSlocation, the saved
position will be reset.

5. Special function 2 : ERRORMESSAGE

HOME POSITION error

6. Special function 3 : TEST mode
TEST mode canbeinitialised when either a nerror m essage isshown ortheantenna i satHOME p osition.
a. Press MODE onceto enterTEST modeandpress 0K.
b. Gototheavailable functions onLCD using thearrow buttons a ndpress 0 Kto select.
c. Toexit,press MODE andunit will returnto previousstatus.

When user physically movesthe unit, the unit must be returned to HOME
position to prevent damage.
NOTE
The unit will be automatically f oldedbackto HOME positionif vehicle
movesfasterthan 25km/hwhenthe unit ispowered.
