FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

The BalanceBox

does not move down
1.
Did you mount the panel? The BalanceBox

Did you adjust the outer springs? If not, use a drill driver to turn the adjuster nuts counterclockwise /
loosen. Do this for 5 seconds per outer spring one at a time (see the manual)

Check the total weight of your panel including accessories, VESA bracket and wiring, if this is lower
than the minimum weight of the BalanceBox
weight range of your BalanceBox

Is something obstructing the movement? Are there objects like parts of the packaging left behind in the
BalanceBox

Take the BalanceBox

Tighten the outer springs slightly to adjust the springs by turning the adjuster nuts clockwise.

The setup of the inner springs is not correct, the balance is disturbed: tighten the inner springs slightly
make sure the panel holds at the top, now loosen the outer springs slightly until the panel no longer
moves up from the bottom.
