13 After installing the touch panel, adjust the outer springs (don't adjust the inner springs).
Turn counterclockwise, release spring tension one spring at a time, 5 second each.
Repeat until you can move the touch panel. Check the full travel, retighten if necessary.
14 Mount Top cover [B] on top of the BalanceBox ®
