2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
> Never open the device housing.
> In the event of malfunctions, immediately disconnect the device from the power source.
> Only use replacement parts and accessories supplied or approved by us.
> Do not modify the device and do not use any additional devices or spare parts that have not been
explicitly approved or supplied by us.
> Do not use the device in potentially explosive areas.
These include, for example: E.g. fuel storage areas, tank facilities, or areas where solvents are sto
red or processed.
> Do not operate the device in areas with air contaminated with particles (e.g. flour or wood dust).
Malfunctions can manifest themselves in the form of heating of the device or the development of
smoke from the device or the device's power supply. Loud or unusual noises can also be a sign of a
malfunction.
> In this case, disconnect the device from the power source.
The device may not be used any further after a malfunction until it has been checked or repaired by
a qualified person.
> If you move the device from a cold to a warm environment, moisture may condense inside the device.
> In this case, wait about an hour before using it.
> If you are away for a long time or during a thunderstorm, unplug the device from the power source.
