Safety
WARNING! There is a risk of injury when assembling/dismantling, loading or unloading
the product.
Result: Injuries to hands or feet due to crushing or cutting.
► Only allow trained operators to assemble/dismantle, load or unload the container.
► Wear suitable safety shoes and gloves.
► Note the risk of injury to hands or feet when assembling/dismantling, loading
or unloading the product.
► Note the crush risk to your hands when opening out and folding the side panel.
► Clip the base securely into the side panel during assembly.
► Always release the base with the foot-operated button (foot). The operators must
be trained to do this.
► Train the operators on the drawbar function.
► Always release the handle carefully.
► Do not place feet under the roll container when the brake is activated.
► If you stand to the right of the right outer panel, the brake is operated with the
right hand, while the left hand holds the push bar. If you stand to the left of the
left outer panel, the brake is operated with the left hand, while the right hand holds
the push bar.
► Pay attention to the crush risk when the brake handle is moved.
► The drawbar may only be released using your foot. Operators may not stand between
the containers.
► Pay attention to the drawbar bounce when coupling the drawbar.
WARNING! The container may tip over or collapse if it is overloaded or if you pull/hang
on it.
Result: Tipping or collapsing of the container, and risk of injury to persons and damage
to property.
► Ensure that no one, particularly children, hangs off or climbs on the container.
► Ensure that no one stands in or on the container.
• Only use original Wanzl spare parts.
• Perform the required maintenance work and document that this has been completed.
• Maintenance and repair work should only be carried out by specialist Wanzl technicians
or companies authorised by Wanzl.
