Description of the clamping device

The MNG round quick-change palleting system has been designed for stationary installation
on machine tables and clamping blocks of vertical or horizontal machining centres.
The base plates can be mounted singly or in pairs.
The following components can be clamped using the quick-change palleting system:
clamping devices such as machine vices etc., single or double pallets, unmachined parts.
When adapting the locating bolts and indexing cylinder pins directly into a part to be
processed, it should be taken into account that the flatness of the base plate bearing
surface is min. 0.1 mm.

Items needed for single palletising
1 off MNG quick-change palleting system
1 off MNG locating bolt
2 off indexing cylinder pins Ø12 m6
fitted in the component to be clamped.
The cylinder pins must not protrude more than
max. 7 mm in order to be able to benefit from
the 90° indexing of the base plate.
Items needed for double palletising
2 off MNG quick-change palleting systems
2 off MNG locating bolts
with appropriate gauge fitted to the
components to be clamped.
Preferred gauge 200 mm.
